320ml skim milk
1 banana

Ingredients:
23 g High Protein Iced coffee Mocha Flavour
12 g Dried fig
2 g Pecan
320 mL Unsweetened soy milk or water
3-5 Ice cubes
Method:

Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Protein Muffins
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
4 scoops (101 g) Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Chocolate
½ cup apple sauce
4 eggs
1/8 cup maple syrup
½ cup rolled oats (1-minute type)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 160° degrees.
Step 1. Spray a 6-serving muffin tin generously with pan spray.
(Don’t use paper liners unless you also spray them with pan spray; with paper liners alone, the muffins will stick.)
Step 2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Step 3. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
Step 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean.

Tri-Blend Chocolate Torte
Ingredients:
6 Scoops (80g) Tri Blend Select Coffee Caramel
130 g pitted dates soaked overnight in cold water or for 10 minutes in boiling water
150 g almond meal
4 Tbsp. (40g) cocoa powder
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (coconut or olive oil)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
80 mL unsweetened almond milk (or sub any other plant-based drink)

How to Prepare:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2. Blend the dates with 150ml of the soaking water into a smooth purée.
Step 3. Add the puréed dates in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients
and mix well.
Step 4.  Transfer into a greased 7-inch cake tin and smooth it out.
Step 5. Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes - The torte will firm up when cooled.
Keep covered in the fridge for up to a few days.
